Mindfulness Meditation classes offer you a space to pause, find your safe place within, and reconnect with yourself.
It’s a chance to start your day grounded, take that sense of calm and clarity with you, and build a regular practice that helps you feel more connected, not just to yourself but to others too.
If you’re new to meditation or have been practicing for a while, this guided class will help you feel more mindful, connected, and in tune with yourself.
This is a seated class where you can choose to sit on the floor, on a seat, on a cushion or resting your back against the wall.

Deep Rest Meditation
This calming practice is experienced lying down.
This meditation helps bring your body and mind into a place of healing, allowing you to fully unwind and recharge.
Through a series of guided steps, you’ll consciously relax your physical, mental, and emotional states, moving from wakefulness into a peaceful, restful state, promoting deep relaxation and effortless healing.
