Forest Bathing
Forest Bathing is a slow, guided experience in nature that invites you to engage your senses, quiet your mind, and reconnect with the natural world. Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, it’s a deeply calming way to reduce stress and feel more grounded and present.
This guided journey invites you into the heart of the forest, where you’ll unwind with a gentle walk, soak in the sounds and sights of nature, and settle into a deep, grounding meditation. It’s an ideal experience for those seeking a restorative break from daily demands, a mindful reset, and time to recharge.
What to Expect from Forest Bathing
Starting with a guided forest walk, our experience takes you into tranquil, natural surroundings. As we walk, we’ll encourage you to slow down, notice the subtle details of the landscape, and tune into your surroundings. The calming scents of eucalyptus, the occasional call of birds, and the soft crunch of forest floor beneath your feet will gently release tension and welcome you into a state of presence.
Once we reach a secluded clearing, you’ll be guided through a meditation designed to connect you to the land and your inner calm. Surrounded by the beauty of the forest, this meditation is a powerful way to let go of stress and rediscover a sense of balance and serenity.
After the meditation, we’ll allow time for quiet reflection, journaling, or simply being present, deepening your connection to nature before the return walk.
